Hi everyone .. after 7 years it is with a very heavy heart that it’s time to say goodbye to my baby, Natures NATURE'S EDGE AROMA CLEAN. I’ve lasted the hard yards but now have been diagnosed with chronic arthritis in my hands and I can no longer ( at my tender age of 44) keep doing what I’m Doing by myself . Without staff for the last few years I now have to find something that doesn’t make me be in pain . I would like to say thank you to all of my amazing clients especially those whom have been with me since day dot . The support that you have given me has been awesome , you’ve kept my family with a roof over our heads and food I. Our tummies - let’s see what the next chapter has for me - right now I need a break . I’ll see our most of the month as much as I can whilst I deal with doctors appointments and see how I go - I’ll take a little break and do some much needed life admin . I cannot thank you all enough for the support that you’ve given me and my kids for 7 years but it’s time to focus on me .

NATURES EDGE will be back to it on Tuesday the 18th of Jan - some much needed r&r !we had a good break - hopefully we don’t get Covid going home - if you are sick or unwell or are isolation and you are due for a regular clean - we are unable to service you until you have been cleared - vice versa for us also -if myself or any staff member are feeling unwell and need to test we can let you know .
Hope you are all staying as safe as you can be atm - never thought we’d be back here again so quickly . 😳

Hi all ! Thank you to my lovely regular clients and friends who have been recommending Natures edge over the past few weeks - unfortunately I am unable to take on any more clients til 2022 - with Covid still rampant I am still getting days when clients are having to isolate due to being a close contact and then trying to fit them back in later in the week or another week and it’s been a little exhausting.
I’m also struggling to get back to so many people by myself and I apologise to those people that haven’t received a reply.
obviously I would Love to be able to give everyone a clean home but it’s physically impossible sometimes and my health and well being comes first . I will be setting up a cancellation page so that new clients can still try our services as a one off until I can get more staff for the new year ,this will enable clients who have previously made an enquiry to book when regular clients have cancelled due to sickness or Covid isolation.

I will also set up a Christmas booking page , Natures edge will be offering a one off Christmas cleaning package over the week of Christmas . If you would like a quote for a Christmas clean please message me on 0432604131 .

Natures edge will also be closed for the first year at Christmas from the 5th of January 2022-27th of January 2022 should you require an urgent / regular clean during that time you will need to prebook with myself ASAP on 0432604131 so I can organise staff ect .

WARNING !- LONG OVERDUE !- LONG WINDED MESSAGE!- So with the new announcements yesterday that we are getting out of jail a week earlier than expected , I have some organising to do - I had originally scheduled for after cup day as I still had exit cleans that were booked in - (thanks Dan again for stuffing everything up )- I’ll update my post again in the next few days to start my usual fortnightly rotation and see what I can do .
Please be patient if you can , I know it’s been awhile but I won’t be jumping back to 5-6 cleans a day yet , for the next few cycles I’ll need to allocate more time for each home and assess my physical status till I can go back to normal , I also want to be able to go out and see the world and have friends over , get kids to school and hopefully get rid of some hair off my face and look pretty - (I’m actually experiencing going back to normal anxiety atm😂 )
In the mean time I’m trying to hire some staff but as you all know it’s hard to do . Unfortunately ( although it’s against my grain ) I will be asking for vaccination status for all clients who would like to continue their usual cleaning and cleaning pricing may go up if your homes haven’t really been cleaned properly during lockdown - I hope you all understand I will need to allow for extra cloths, product and time . There is only one of me and I will endeavour to get to everyone as much as I physically and mentally can over the next month or so .
Until I can employ staff and train them the “Briana “way I won’t be able to take on new Clients for a bit until I can catch up .
Thank you to everyone for your continued support and recommendations on Facebook especially - your constant referrals have kept me busy during this lockdown .Looking forward to seeing my lovely clients and maybe some new faces soon . ( no I haven’t written any best selling memoirs about my cleaning journey during lockdown - you are all safe 😃)

Can your cleaner provide you with a vaccination certificate ? Is your cleaner well versed or has a certificate in infection control, Covid safe practices ect ,ect ?- I have actually specifically taught infection control and have a Covid safe plan and a Covid infection control certificate - don’t let your house be cleaned by a total stranger, cost may lead you down a dangerous path . Total Peace of mind is more important .

Just a reminder that natures edge can do exit and entry cleans , renovate cleans , and cleaning for those in need or that have a disability or can obtain an medical certificate from their doctor.
We are still hanging in there because small business is still a very important part of Victoria’s economy. Hope to see you soon !!

Those were the days - when we had staff and a full roster !! 😢😢😩

What a beautiful spring day !! Makes for a happy day at work , we are having a flat out week as We’ve just booked our 50th regular client ! To celebrate We are giving away a $50 cleaning voucher to clients who refer us to another regular (weekly, fortnightly or monthly )successful client on Facebook every week in September ! It’s a tough life in lockdown world , I know , I’m trying to pay it forward whenever I can ….Nature’s Edge ( me we I) have some absolutely amazing clients !!!! I have had so many clients offer to pay for their scheduled cleans and I haven’t been able to say yes to any of them yet , this is what the human spirit will do when times are tough for a micro business not receiving any funds from the government - I’m a very proud person and i like to work so I would rather work for the money …. However it may get to a time when I can’t say no and have to start saying thank you ! If you are are a small Victorian business and have some amazing clients I’d like to hear from you , my gratitude far exceeds any expectations I have right now .
A big virtual hug to all of my clients you are the people that keep me alive and the reason I have a passion for my job .

Unfortunately due to increased restrictions Natures Edge will be unavailable for regular domestic cleaning services until at least the 3rd of September. If you are unable to clean your house due to medical reasons you will need to obtain a letter from your doctor saying that you need in home support . We will be only open for approved commercial cleaning and end of lease cleaning at this stage . As we have been in two lockdowns during the last 6 weeks many cleans after the 3rd of September may be classed as a re clean if they haven’t been completely maintained during the lockdown period . Please let Briana know when you are contacted to rebook your regular service as this will mean more time, product and equipment to be taken into consideration for your scheduled day .
