Yoga With Jen

Yoga With Jen Jen's classes blend traditional Hatha Yoga, Pilates and flowing dance-inspired movement. Suitable fo Dancing and music have always been a big part of my life.

Growing up I studied classical ballet, contemporary and character dancing. I studied music at university while teaching dance and began to practice yoga in my spare time to 'unwind'. I was drawn to yoga at first because of it's similarities with dance: the mindful, expressive movement and physical benefits of strength and flexibility. I soon realised that along with these physical benefits, I was

experiencing improvement in my mental and emotional wellbeing. Yoga doesn't require a certain body type or fitness level. Yoga is the unique dance of your own body. Your breath becomes your music. This is what I love about it and why I decided to become a yoga teacher. Yoga makes me feel happy and healthy. Being able to share that with others is truly a blessing.
