Health by Rose Rose Sutera is a qualified Nutritionist, a mother of 3 boys and loves to keep fit and healthy by cycling, running and strength training. Don’t over eat.

Rose has a passion for Nutrition, which she has been studying since 2006 with the Australian Institute of Applied Sciences and has obtained an Advance Diploma of Nutritional Medicine. To keep her nutrition knowledge current and relevant, constant studying is part of her everyday life so she can give expert Nutritional advice

My philosophy in which I live by is quite simple:

EAT WELL
Lots of colorful wholesome foods, most of the time. Limit processed foods, alcohol and soda drinks. Drink lots of water.

BE ACTIVE
Get out and do something, anything, each day. Try to work up a sweat a few times a week. Walking, play sports, run, ride, weights, box, yoga, boot camp, swim - mix it up.

BALANCE YOUR LIFESTYLE
Lots of rest and sleep. Take up Meditation, it is so good for the mind and soul! Manage stress. Avoid bad relationships. Socialize with family and friends, love and laugh! Love what you do. Rose specialises in;

Brekkie this morning is fresh ricotta from my fav supermarket mixed with organic honey on gluten free toast with a healthy smoothie which consists of frozen berries, 1/2 an avocado, spinach, banana, celery stick and half a mango mixed with water. Yummy!!

Perfetto!! Baked ricotta cheesecake.....so easy to make with fresh ricotta from
Recipe
Base
1/2 cup of almond meal
2 tbs of coconut sugar
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
6 tbsp of butter melted (mainland pure butter)
Filling
750 gms of ricotta
4 eggs
300 mls of cream
125gms of coconut sugar
Grated rind of 1 lemon
1/4 cup of lemon juice
Method
Mix base ingredients with melted butter, place in lined springform tin
Filling
Place all ingredients in a mixer and beat for 10 minutes until smooth. Pour into the tin and bake in a 160c oven for 1 hr and 10 minutes (approximately)
Serve when chilled with berries and fresh cream

Fresh mixed berries with a dollop of Procal natural yoghurt, purchased from my favourite supermarket ❤
Procal yoghurt is so thick and creamy and doesn't have a bitter taste like other yoghurts.
