Job Advertisement: Female Support Worker – Heywood, VIC

We are currently seeking a Female Support Worker to join our team and provide quality support to participants in Heywood, Victoria.

Position Details:

Location: Heywood, VIC

Gender: Female (as requested by the participant)

Age range: 25–35 years old

Employment type: Casual / Part-time (depending on availability)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred support to participants

Assist with daily activities and community access

Support independence, wellbeing, and personal goals

Maintain professional boundaries and clear communication

Requirements:

Previous experience as a support worker preferred

Relevant qualifications (Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent) highly regarded

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working With Children Check (if applicable)

Reliable, caring, and patient

Good communication skills

Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
