The message is important.

They were identical twins, they became elite athletes. They were born 18minutes apart and took their lives 102 days from each other.
May they now rest in eternal peace. 🙏

Please speak up if you need help.
Do not be ashamed to openly share your story and your struggles, it might inspire someone else to do the same.

There is still so much stigma and shame attached to mental health, specially for men, who are expected to be strong all the time.

That’s why so many suffer in silence and don’t ask for help.

Please do not feel shame for your diagnosis.
You are brave for wanting to heal.
No one chooses to have a mental illness or any illness.
No one chooses to feel depressed all the time.
No one has to feel perfect all the time.
No one has to put on a fake happy face all the time.
No one has to pretend everything is fine all the time.

Our struggles are a part of our growth journey.

It’s who we are, and there's no need to hide who we really are.

Please
Speak up.
Ask for help.
Be authentic.
That's a superpower.

C'est l'histoire oubliée de nos ancêtres.
"S'enfuir pour sauver ceux qu'on aime".
De voir ces images me donnent des larmes aux yeux 🥹😢
Et ma reflection très profonde du jour: il n'y a plus de chaînes aux chevilles, mais les chaînes mentales et les blessures transgénérationelles ne guérissent pas si on ne sait pas qu'on en souffre et continuent à se transmettent de génération en génération.
Et j'adore tout ce que dit ce monsieur sur la Spiritualité. ✨️
J'espère que ce film fera réflechir beaucoup de personnes, mais surtout touchera leur coeur. 💖
