This International Volunteer Day, we are recognising the incredible 2.3 million Victorians who volunteer their time to help others. Whether it’s an hour a week at your local footy club, or responding to fires, floods, storms or water rescues as an emergency service volunteer, we appreciate you 🙌

Did you know many of our state’s emergency service personnel are volunteers? There are 100,000 dedicated people from CFA (Country Fire Authority), Victoria State Emergency Service, Life Saving Victoria, Marine Search and Rescue and more who help others before, during and after emergencies. We can’t thank you enough! 💛
