Morning all,
Wishing all a wonderful week ahead!
Starting the week with an educational message on Stroke.
Let's be aware of those around us. In the case someone is "off", lets know what to do about it.
The first step in ensuring better outcomes from stroke is getting to hospital quickly, and that means recognizing the FAST principle.
F.A.S.T. (Face. Arms. Speech. Time) signs and calling triple zero (000) straight away.
Don't hesitate to call for help. The worse that can happen is a false alarm :)
Have a great week!!

A smile, a good word, a gesture, a touch, all things that can contribute to positivity and healing. Healing... something that every face on earth will need at some stage in our journey through life.
I was lucky enough to study the amazing human body and attempt to understand it’s very complicated functions which allow us to understand, make decisions, interact and manipulate with our surroundings and each other. But little did I understand how amazing and precious that is until I started working with my patients.
The importance of human interaction and the blessing and responsibility that we have as a physiotherapists made “Spinal and Pilates” possible.
As physiotherapists, we enter a partnership with our patients, where we listen, talk, decide and deliver intervention as a team. With the optimal treatment approach, the results dictate this pathway. Over the last 2 years, the trust of our patients offer us the reward and encouragement to continue clinical improvements and development in our skills and what we offer our patients.
I put together a team of staff that I am very proud of, passionate about service to fellow people. From our administrators, to our physiotherapists and occupational therapist, we take pride in our work and our environment which are both inviting and professional (I though if I felt welcomed into a space, hopefully others will too).
We thank you again for trusting us and reading the blurb of a physiotherapist with humble intentions hoping to contribute to healing at least in the local area for our fellow people.
