Quick bit of Friday night fundraising! It’s the tomorrow - I’ve been taking part in this fundraising event for a few years now. It’s always emotional, and this year will be even more so, but it’s also heartwarming. There’ll be tears but I’m looking forward to walking and remembering.

Another shout out to another awesome local business I’ve just discovered! I sauntered down the road to for a lovely relaxing haircut, cup of tea and a chat and received a wee bottle of relaxing essential oils (how did they know?!) along with a $20 voucher for their shop! And when I was dithering about asking them to cut a few extra layers into my hair, up popped a message from them asking for feedback and if my cut needed any fix ups (again, how did they know??!!) Thank you Jas - I’m loving my hair - see you again soon!😍

I don’t normally post much on social media but if you’re looking for DELICIOUS coffee beans from a local roaster then head here - Naked Espresso - having arrived at their warehouse unannounced (I’d run out of coffee beans - it was an emergency) they sorted me out with a kilo bag, made me a delicious coffee and then I got a phone call to check I’d been looked after and to answer my questions re tailored coffee subscriptions😁 Local business going above and beyond👍

The 15th September is World Lymphoma Awareness Day.
Thinking of all the friends and family who have been touched by this insidious disease and especially those who are still suffering from it💚💚💚.

Some things to look out for:
LYMPHOMA SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS INCLUDE:
» Swollen lymph nodes (neck, armpit, groin)
» Fever
» Drenching sweats,
» Reduced appetite
» Unexplained weight loss
» Generalised itch
» Persistent tiredness
» Short of breath, a cough that won’t go away
» Pain when consuming alcohol

Please put LYMPHOMA in the LIMELIGHT to make a difference to the lives of Australians impacted by lymphoma.
