Mountain Pilates was created by founder Jeanette Tatton from a desire for everyone to be able to move painfree and walk taller and with ease. Our aim is to be able to provide an approachable, comfortable space for all to feel as though they can reach their desired goals regardless of the condition or age of their bodies/minds. We have created a purpose built studio in one of the worlds most picturesque places to live - Monbulk, Mt Dandenong. We offer classes in -

Cara brings over 15 years of teaching experience and a deeply grounded, heart-led approach to yoga. With a background across hatha, yin, restorative, and slow flow, her classes are all about creating space to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention.

You’ll feel Cara’s calm, nurturing presence in every class — blending gentle movement, breath, and relaxation to help you unwind and come back to yourself.

Free Pilates class for everyone 🌿
Right here in Warburton, where things feel a little slower, in the best way.

These classes run every Monday from 12:30–1:20pm at the ADRA Community Centre, 3505 Warburton Hwy.

Set in a quiet, forest-filled town with the river close by, it’s a gentle space to move, breathe, and feel part of something.

Open to everybody, all ages, and all walks of life.
