Mountain Pilates was created by founder Jeanette Tatton from a desire for everyone to be able to move painfree and walk taller and with ease. Our aim is to be able to provide an approachable, comfortable space for all to feel as though they can reach their desired goals regardless of the condition or age of their bodies/minds. We have created a purpose built studio in one of the worlds most pictur

Run by the beautiful Alessia from , these sessions are open to everyone at all ages and stages. Whether it’s your first yoga class or your 500th, you’re welcome.

We don’t just love small and local businesses, we are one.

And truthfully? Things are tough right now for a lot of small businesses.
The ones you walk past every day. The ones run by your neighbours, a parent from the school, the person you see at the café every weekend.

If your favourite business has felt a little quieter lately, you’re not imagining it.

The reality is, small businesses are doing it tough in this climate.

Although buying from small businesses helps immensely, supporting them doesn’t always mean you have to spending big (or anything at all).

Starting Monday August 11, we’re adding a full morning line-up of Reformer Pilates classes to kickstart your week the right way.

🗓️ Mondays, starting Aug 11
🕕 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, & 9:30AM classes
⏱️ 45-minute sessions
👯‍♀️ Small group classes (just 4 per session!)

Expect good tunes, great vibes, and a whole-body workout that will leave you feeling strong, aligned, and ready to roll into the week.

Two time slots, same calm vibe. Come roll out your mat with the incredible Lee and reset your week.

✨ 6PM – 7PM: Slow Flow Yoga
A calming class to help you de-stress and move your body without getting too hot. Focus your mind on your body and calm your nervous system.

✨ 7:15PM – 8:15PM: Yoga & Relaxation
This class combines static and dynamic poses for flexibility, strength, and balance. It offers more time for pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation, and relaxation, allowing you to move into the end of the week feeling calm and refreshed.

To see these classes recognised like this means the world. When I started the donation-based Chair Pilates sessions, it was just something I felt really passionate about. Supporting seniors to stay active, connected, and feel part of something – it matters deeply to me.

We’ve been quietly working on something special in Warburton… and it’s been magic 💛

Chair Pilates for all ages and stages, as part of a pilot program in partnership with incredible not-for-profit RecLink, supporting local wellbeing.

These sessions have been filled with connection, gentle movement, and community spirit – and we’re so proud to be part of it.
