Did you know that I don’t just do hands on treatments? 🫢That’s riiiight. I’ve also been teaching pilates for, wait for it…. 19 years!
I teach the whole gamut, but I especially love the flow and rhythm of a good mat class, so I’ve joined in the fun at in Tyabb at her super cute store and BEAUTIFUL studio to offer mat Pilates classes. Yay!
You can find me there on Wednesday at 9:30am and Friday at 6:30am.
So beautiful people, tomorrow is my first class in this gorgeous space and I’d love to have you there.
