Vision is in the brain. Exercise your brain for better vision by closing your eyes and visualising items in the distance as well as close by.

Eyes show what we believe not what we
see. As we think, so we are, but thinking can be changed. We have a choice how we think.
Vision is in the brain and only partially in the eyes. The eyes pick up information and relay it to the brain via the optic nerve path traveling through the entire brain and ending up at the visual cortex which is at the back of your head.
So, yes, we do have eyes at the back of our head, sort of.
Since information travels through the entire brain it picks up all our emotions and can affect our thinking as well as our sight.
If these emotions are strong enough and occur often enough we condition our belief system. This might be completely different from the truth.
What is truth?
If you are short sighted, you most likely have been made to believe that you are unable to see in the distance because of the long shape of your eye ball.Yet, I have proven time and again that all short sighted people can see and differentiate colour at any distance including quite far away.
Please take off your glasses and prove it to yourself.
With time, practice and belief, you will also be able to see detail in the distance. Belief often comes by being encouraged or discouraged by someone else. Usually by some authority figure. This has been proven by the placibo pill time and again.
We can change our beliefs and our vision by our own action given enough reason to do so.

Time to do eye exercises. Simple, easy. -
1, Blink as fast as you can 25 times.
2.Squeeze eyes shut and hold to count of 10. Relax and open eyes. Repeat 3 times
3..Finish with a delicious yawn and stretch your arms above your head.
4. Do as often as you feel like. Good as an eye breack from computer..

Perfect Vision is available for everyone.

I teach eye exercises to see better at any distance. This is based on The Bates Method. Dr. William Horatio Bates was the pioneer for “Better Eye Sight Without Glasses” He said stress was the start of all illness and also cause for eye blur. He devised a relaxation method called “Palming”. and changed the ancient “Heimholtz” theory of eye accommodation.

I studied with Dr. Janet Goodrich in 1993 and have been teaching “Natural Eye Sight” ever since. I also threw my own presbyopic glasses away at the same time. My workshops are now held in the beautiful historic city of Ballarat Victoria, Australia and I can be reached by email at ardank002@hotmail.com
