Peaceful heart vital body

Peaceful heart vital body I work with the whole person and as such will create a treatment specific to your needs.

A session with me will balance and strengthen every system of the body, shift stuck energy responsible for patterns of thinking and behaviour which hold us back, and generally create an inner environment of peace, relaxation and connectedness. A bio resonance machine, Bush Essences and mindfulness techniques may be part of the session, and will accelerate the healing.

I used to write quite well. Or at least I could put my thoughts down relatively cohesively. Since the plandemic, it has become more difficult somehow. Here is a little piece from deep lockdown, when masks were mandatory.

I was taught Brain Gym by a wonderful teacher.

I always felt it was marketed as about learning in a traditional sense, or teaching,
My teacher however walked through balances with me which addressed everything form PMT to being in social situations without reacting.

She taught Brain Gym holistically. So I learned about it as a resource so incredibly flexible, so wonderfully joyful, and with a leaning towards physical and emotional health, it filled me with inspiration and wonder, embracing all I have studied and learned, along with a sense of my own intuition and common sense.

So I have come to an interesting place.

Brain Gym, above all, is about honouring one’s true nature, being true to oneself and expressing one’s own uniqueness, while maintaining connection and engagement with others and with our environment.

When something is required of me which goes deeply against every intuitive and instinctive feeling I have, how does a BG balance seek to reconnect me with my autonomy, my sense of inner peace, my enjoyment of life, while the goal is to continue doing that which I am so desperately uncomfortable with?

I hate wearing a mask. I walk into a supermarket and I can feel the silent scream, which expresses itself once I am in the car with the door slammed shut. I feel desperate, my energy chaotic, muttering beneath my breath: get me the hell out of here. Surrounded by people who feel as I do (I imagine), they avoid eye contact, looking harried and stressed and exhausted.

I realize that a balance for wearing a mask has its place, and I have done these balances. I have waved figure 8s over my mask, I have opened my throat and consciously breathed in and out.

But the feeling remains. Especially looking around at others who are up to their eyes in fabric, who are essentially faceless and on some level, gagged. Their mouths are hidden. Their noses are covered.

My experience tells me that we don’t actually look at the mask, even if it’s decorative. We look at the eyes. We want to connect with the human being. We want to find the face.

To my mind, this wearing of masks is wholly unnatural and can never be fully acceptable. Here in Melbourne, we are required to wear them outside, which goes against common sense, not to mention statistics concerning the contagiousness of this latest virus.

Of course, if it a choice, then we can freely make that choice. But as a compulsory act, a part of our experience of shopping, walking, being amongst others, it goes against every human instinct to meet another’s face with our own. To breathe the air without impediment (notice how we suffer with any thing which blocks our sinuses). To speak so others can hear us and see our full expression. On many deep levels this is an abomination.

When people say,”I’m fine with wearing a mask”, are they really okay with it? Or has this sentiment bypassed all feeling and part of the stoic, “doing the right thing”, cerebral response? And why is it that there is so much aggression in our society now? It seems that those who have decided wearing a mask is “ok”, can’t tolerate on any level anyone who chooses not to. Why is that? The superimposed doing of the “right thing” fuels the sort of rage and indignation that any personal choice coming from a deep sense of intuition and common sense will not.

Also interesting to note is the way not long ago politicians in this country talked about the Burqa and how in Australia we need to see the whole face and we can’t tolerate nor cope with the covering up of another’s facial features.

How quickly we have changed that tune.

small change with the number11. Shine your light today so that others may remember their purpose and their own true light. There are many "small change" ways to do this when life is hard: music, your favourite essential oil, talking to a friend or walking amongst trees and flowers. What elevates you?

small change for your Energy Field. We collect a lot of excess stuff in the auric or energy field, some of it detrimental to our health, physical, emotional and spiritual. Regular "clean outs" and strengthening are essential so that we don't "wear" other people's dramas, become physically ill or experience the same challenges over and over again.

Our Story

Naomi works with children who have stress, anxiety and sleep issues. She is a qualified Chinese medicine practitioner and counsellor, musician and natural therapist and has been working in the field of healing since 1988.

With an exponential rise in levels of anxiety and stress in children, it is essential that they feel safe to express themselves creatively, to be able to play freely, to make friends easily and, when it’s time for bed, to feel relaxed and peaceful enough to sleep readily.

Naomi has worked with children most of her adult life in both personal and professional capacities, including teaching, story-telling, Chinese medicine and parenting. Her passion for their health and healing has been life-long.

She uses holistic brain repatterning techniques to deeply integrate the mind and body so that a deeply peaceful, grounded and balanced state can be experienced. She is able to pinpoint the deeper issues at play and to shift whatever it is that is standing in the way. The techniques are specially tailored for each child and their unique needs.
