Are you passionate about supporting people to live their best lives? Caring Hands Connect is currently seeking reliable and caring Support Workers across Victoria to help deliver high-quality, person-centred services to our valued NDIS participants.

About Us
Caring Hands Connect is a registered NDIS provider operating across Victoria. We are committed to empowering individuals with disability to achieve their goals, build independence, and feel genuinely supported in their daily lives.

About the Role
You’ll be working closely with participants to provide support that aligns with their individual needs and preferences.

Duties may include:
• Personal care and assistance with daily activities
• Transport to appointments or community events
• Supporting social participation and community engagement
• Assistance with meal preparation, cleaning, or household tasks
• Promoting independence and skill-building

What We’re Looking For
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in disability support, aged care, or community services (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility for shift work, including weekends and evenings

Required Documents
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check (if applicable)
• First Aid & CPR Certification
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination (as required)
