FREE Sessions for mums for the whole month of Feb https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Mosx12C27/
If you’re a mum raising a child with autism or additional needs and you feel constantly on edge, exhausted, or like your body never truly switches off… This is what a chronically stressed nervous system looks like.
So many special needs mums come to me saying things like
“I’m always in fight or flight.”
“I’m burnt out but can’t rest.”
“I love my child but my body feels wrecked.”
“I’ve tried counselling, self care, time off… nothing sticks.”
I’ve been there too.
When you’re parenting an autistic child or a child with complex needs, your nervous system is under long-term load. Appointments, meltdowns, sleep disruption, hypervigilance, advocating, explaining, worrying about the future… your body is constantly scanning for what’s next.
That’s not a mindset issue.
That’s a regulation issue.
This is why I’m running an online women’s regulation circle for special needs mums, focused on gentle, body-based nervous system support.
Each session is 45 minutes of guided nervous system regulation, followed by optional connection. Camera is optional. Talking is optional. You can just sit and breathe, and let your body finally soften a little.
You don’t heal burnout by pushing through.
You don’t regulate by thinking harder.
You don’t recover by “taking a break” once you’re already fried.
You recover by helping your nervous system feel safe again. Slowly. Repeatedly. Kindly.
One session won’t fix everything.
But one session can help your shoulders drop.
Help your breath come back.
Help your body remember what calm feels like.
And repetition changes your baseline.
If you’re a special needs mum who feels overwhelmed, dysregulated, emotionally flat, anxious, or permanently tired, this space is for you. You don’t have to be calm. You don’t have to explain yourself. You don’t have to hold it together.
You just have to show up.
