Life With Choice Care is seeking highly experienced, compassionate, and motivated casual support workers to join our team in Ballarat Victoria.We are seeking workers with proven experience in supporting individuals with a disability.


Responsibilities:

Providing care and support to our participants, including those with challenging behaviors of concern
Assistance with medication administration
Performing domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
Transportation
Supporting community engagement activities
Implementing PBSP strategies when needed
Effective management of challenging situations.

Highly regarded and desirable:

Flexible schedule availability and capacity to work rostered shifts.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
Calm and confident demeanor in challenging environments
Engaging, fun and creative
Capacity to provide personal care with sensitivity and respect.

Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Working with Children Card
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Minimum Cert III in Disability or higher qualification in the relevant field
Minimum 1 year experience.
