But realistically, the low energy, and nesting vibes that 3rd trimester brings can make it hard to keep up!

These are some easy protein boosters that work even when you’re not super hungry:
🥣 egg whites in oats
🍫 collagen hot choc
🍝 lentil pasta
🍮 protein mousse
🍯 protein balls
🧀 cottage cheese
Aim for steady protein across the day rather than one huge hit at dinner ✅

2025 taught me

That growth doesn’t always arrive with applause.

It taught me how to keep a business steady while my inner world evolved.

How to continue showing up with care, even while finding my own footing again.

How to sit with uncertainty without losing my sense of self.

It taught me discernment.

Boundaries.

And that some people are part of a season, not the whole story.

Into expansion not through hustle, but through alignment.

Into study that excites and stretches me.

Into leadership that feels calm, embodied, and true.
