Literally... it could be...
Muscle, joint, ligament, tendon?
Erector spinae muscles, QL, multifidus, psoas, glutes or a mix?
Is it facet joints, sacroiliac joint, intervertebral disc?
Strain, poor posture, fatigue, overuse, ergonomics at work, sports or hobby related?
Joint or muscle dysfunction. Muscular imbalances or weaknesses, osteoarthritis?
Are you an athlete, pregnant, older, etc.
It could also be a combination of things...
