About us
Silverleaf Yoga Studio is a small private studio in Melton run by Sue Frangou, the proprietor of Yoga West. Silverleaf is a safe and friendly space open to females and males of all ages and fitness levels.
What can you expect in a class? There is a maximum of 5 students in most classes. Due to the small class sizes you are able to work at your own level and experience one-on-one attention. A mixture of breathing and relaxation techniques is taught, as well as postures and meditation depending on the class type. Sue is known for teaching with lightness and humour, so expect to come away with a smile on your face and don’t forget to have fun!
