Welcome to Ahyoka Wellness wanting to delve deep into nurturing & relieving people of their everyday stresses. Lindsay has a journey of her own and opened this safe space for people to enjoy her self-care rituals in the comfort of her home studio. Lindsay has a kind and nurturing soul that really integrates with all of her treatments. Her hands are of a healing nature & your best interests are at heart. Lindsay sees only 3-5 clients daily to maintain & ensure everyone has their own experience personalised with beautiful offerings of Reiki, various Massage treatments, Facials & Aromatherapy techniques are incorporated in all of our treatments. At a time where life is at such a busy pace, Lindsay will delve deep to ensure you will float out of the studio feel at peace & in complete relaxation. All massages offered are non-sexual & strictly professional. Please note that BOOKINGS are required, Ahyoka Wellness is NOT a walk-in studio.

Our Reiki is a beautiful ritual; this hands-on healing modality is an ancient art now being revived around the world.
The recipient remains fully clothed for this ritual, it’s a great way to help you relax and let go.
Working through the energy centres of the body & balancing the chakras.

Followed by a Sound Bath, sound healing promotes deep relaxation, lower cortisol levels, and stimulate the vagus nerve to balance the nervous system.
Specific frequencies, such as those from crystal bowls, can enhance cognitive function, memory, and mental clarity.

The Pod provides a host of health benefits, including improved circulation, detoxification, weight loss, pain relief, and skin purification.
It is a great way to increase perspiration, which helps remove toxins & impurities from the body.
There’s nothing quite like a sweat session. You feel more relaxed & rested after you’re done.

About last night …
Our Wednesday Meditation & Sound Healing evening was beautiful.

We came together to embrace the stillness of the evening.

Starting with Yoga Nidra to relax the mind & ground the body, then to embrace crystal singing bowls as well as other instruments.
By triggering the parasympathetic nervous system, these sessions lower cortisol, improve sleep, and boost emotional, mental, and physical well-being.

These are small intimate classes & everyone is welcome.
