Lindsay has a journey of her own and opened this safe space for people to enjoy her self-care rituals in the comfort of her home studio. Lindsay has a kind

and nurturing soul that really integrates with all of her treatments. Her hands are of a healing nature & your best interests are at heart. Lindsay sees only 3-5 clients daily to maintain & ensure everyone has their own experience personalised with beautiful offerings of Reiki, various Massage treatments, Facials & Aromatherapy techniques are incorporated in all of our treatments. At a time where life is at such a busy pace, Lindsay will delve deep to ensure you will float out of the studio feel at peace & in complete relaxation. All massages offered are non-sexual & strictly professional. Please note that BOOKINGS are required, Ahyoka Wellness is NOT a walk-in studio.

It’s Lindsay here from Ahyoka Wellness.

Our Sunday Stillness Yoga class is a wonderful time to connect with yourself.

As we settle into Autumn, It’s a time to come together unwind the mind & free the body, in preparation for the week ahead.

We start with gentle movement by practicing Hatha Yoga, lengthening & stretching our bodies making way for new growth. Then followed by a heartfelt meditation, its to relax & unravel the mind.
Then to embrace our crystal singing bowls to harmonise the whole body & you will simply leave lighter & wholesome.

If you wanted to try Yoga and just not too sure, then I welcome you to come along. No yoga experience required - everyone is welcome Beginners & Intermediate.

ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED.

Over the weekend,
I had the pleasure of hosting my first Mini Retreat - Autumn Abundance ✨

There’s something about autumn that naturally invites reflection. The days begin to shorten, the air turns crisp, and we find ourselves drawn inward - both physically & emotionally. It’s a season for slowing down, noticing change, and creating small rituals of care.

It was a beautiful afternoon that started with gentle movement Hatha Yoga - release & let go - just as the leaves of the trees do 🍁 🍃 🍂
Then we enjoyed some light refreshments and some journaling.

A question asked:
List five small pleasures that always make you smile?
My answer:
Family time making memories
Cooking casseroles & baking cakes & cookies
Warm baths & infrared sauna time
Exercising & hikes in nature
Cosy catch ups with friends

We then made beautiful Smudge sticks made of Lavender, Rosemary & Sage (pictured) they smelt amazing & great for cleansing, creating new energy & purification. A powerful guardian to women 🥰

Then we finished with Yoga Nidra a powerful practice to relax the body & mind, whilst replenishing your energy with the harmonious crystal singing bowls.
I often get sooo caught up in the moment, that I forget to take photos.
