This next affirmation and text is from the book “Recovering the Soul From Fear and Suffering” by .
I often use this book as reference when walking and talking and bringing people home to themselves.
Tonight I chose this one for myself and I hope it speaks to you also.

“I will heal separation by
seeing through its illusion.”

This affirmation is about going beyond the perception of separation and seeing the reality of unity consciousness. Even though it may seem that you are separate from your source or from God, you are not. The perceived separation is the cause of all suffering. This illusion isn’t real, but it is convinc-ing. Beneath the pain that we all experience is a level of being which is independent of both pleasure and pain. This is the level that is referred to as the peace that passes all understand ing. When you get in touch with this level of your existence your suffering will begin to ease.

When I was 12 years old I made a promise to myself never to marry, for to carry on the tradition that I knew of as marriage, was not something I wanted to condone or continue.
Today is my 20th wedding anniversary to this beautiful man whom I call my King. He shows me the way in so many ways - he loves me for who I am with no judgement of what I ‘could’ be or ‘should’ be. This acceptance is so very precious and allows me the freedom to change the story and to truly allow the “sins of the fathers” or the old story to be transformed.
Thank you Harley and thanks also to my mother and father-in-law who read these words to us on our wedding day.

Paul (Harley) & Sahaja from Mum & Dad
You have married each other with love.
A marriage where little things are big things
You are never too old to hold hands.
Remember to say “I love you” every day.
Never go to sleep in a huff.
Have a togetherness in your values and common objectives.
Stand together facing the world.
Speak words of appreciation and gratitude to each other.
Have a bigness of heart to forgive and forget.
Give each other the understanding and atmosphere, in which you can both grow.
Search for the good and beautiful things to enrich your souls and minds.
Paul (Harley) & Sahaja
We are so happy that you have entered this wonderful partnership and have formed this circle of love, encompassing our families and special friends to honour, love and bless your lives together.

This is a real picture taken from the airplane window at dawn on the east coast of Australia.

It demonstrates the beauty of light arising and shows me that the emergence of light is not the same for every day, is not the same for every person and is definitely not to be ignored, but celebrated for the awe inspiring nature that it is.

If you have been struggling to shine your light and understand what yours even looks or feels like, then I invite you to take heart and to celebrate your differences. And watch for the dawn to appear. You are stunningly beautiful as you are.

Pathways to Light is my way of helping you to know this truth.

Joy is sometimes so quiet that we don’t even hear the whisper.

Luckily for me sweet peas have a fragrance and a delicateness that I simply can’t ignore so the joy becomes tangible when I gaze upon these flowers.

Joy is my wish for you today.

Learning how to foster our own safety, stay true to our own needs and practices in times of overwhelm and uncertainty is necessary to be able to connect with each other from a place of compassion and understanding.
Division is a tool which we no longer need to succumb to when we recognise our shared humanity.

It's launch week and I'm feeling deeply grateful for my team, our partners, and for this community. And, there would be no book without the Dare to Lead Facilitator and Coaching Community, and the research participants who have shared their stories and feedback with us. I take my job as the steward of people's experiences and stories very seriously. It's the toughest and most humbling part of my work.

Today, in the midst of deep uncertainty, we are surrounded by examples of leaders that create division and use cruelty and chaos to distract us from a real lack of courage, discipline, and accountability. This approach of power-over leadership is destabilizing and exhausting. And it's supposed to be.

What gives me hope is getting to work with amazing leaders every single day. These are folks who are committed to leading from a place of integrity and who do NOT believe that creating impact and caring for people are mutually exclusive. And — this is important — these daring leaders are people like you and me. You can find them in organizations of every size, across every industry, and they represent many different lived experiences, beliefs, and political ideologies. What they share in common is a belief that power is not finite — that shared power is infinite and drives innovation, growth, and meaningful change.

In terms of AI, I hear a lot of experts trying to soothe people’s anxiety about the pace of technological change by offering platitudes like, What makes us human will ensure our relevance. This is dangerous simply because, right now, we’re not especially good at what makes us human. We’re not hardwired for this level of uncertainty, and many of us feel as if the constant need to self-protect is driving the humanity right out of us. This is why organizational transformation today must foster deep connection, deep thinking, and deep collaboration. We need the courage to lead people in a way that honors and protects the wisdom of the human spirit.

Here's to the daring leaders! Thank you for finding your strong ground and, in turn, becoming ours!

In this time of the equinox/eclipse season I find ceremony and honouring the seasons to be of profound value to bringing me home from dysregulation and back into homeostasis.

It is from this place where I get to participate in this deep transformation of conscious awareness, making use of all the collective light that is emerging.

After all the symbolism of an eclipse is a powerful metaphor for what darkness we need to dive deep into so as to emerge in our radiance.

These are some pics from ceremony last evening.

Blessings from my heart to yours 🫶

A timely reminder written by Osho at the end of the 80’s ….

I used to be very hopeful. Still, I go on hoping against hope that perhaps, in a very dangerous situation, man may awaken. But there seems to be a sadness in my heart because I can see  that if nothing is done, then this century is going to be our end.

And not only our end, but the end of the whole of existence’s dream of creating consciousness.

It has been successful only on this planet. There are millions of stars and each star has dozens of planets; only on this small planet has the miracle happened that not only life exists –

consciousness exists; not only consciousness exists, but there are people who have reached  to the ultimate peak of consciousness: a Gautam Buddha, a Socrates, a Pythagoras, a Chuang Tzu.

Life disappearing from this small planet will make the whole universe so poor that it will take millions of years to come again to this state where consciousness can become enlightened.

My sadness is not about myself. I am absolutely contented. Death cannot take anything from me.

My sadness is concerned with the whole of humanity, because their death will take away any opportunity of their becoming enlightened, of their becoming blissful, of their knowing, meaning  and significance. They have lived in darkness. Are they going to die in darkness too?

I would like my people, at least, not to waste time in postponing their own growth, because politicians are absolutely prepared to destroy each other — to destroy all and everything.

Their lust for power has come to the climax. Before they succeed in committing a global su***de,  at least you should have known the god that exists within you.

You should spread your joy and your silence and your laughter to anybody you come in contact with.

You cannot give a better gift to your friends, to your acquaintances, to your lovers, to your children.

The time is very short and the work is tremendous, but if you have courage, the challenge can be accepted. Don’t depend on politicians; they cannot do anything; they are not even aware of where they have been leading humanity — into what darkness.

So wonderful to find new and beautiful trees, water, frogs, a myriad of birds flowering natives and at the same time delve into exploring patterns of outmoded beliefs that when seen cannot be unseen.

That’s one of the many plus’s of working in nature - your learned beliefs can be brought into stark relief in such a gentle way that you cannot help but have profound recognitions that shift your picture of reality and help you on the journey home to your true nature. . Ah!

Can you tell I love my work?

Lately I’ve seen more and more white egrets and they have become a powerful spirit animal and totem gifting me with connection to the divine.

It is said that they’re associated with emotional depth (water), grounded wisdom (earth), and spiritual insight (air). This makes them powerful totems for those of us seeking balance between our emotional, physical, and spiritual lives.
I saw this beauty late this afternoon hunting in the watery sunshine.

senses coming alive

diving into the deep…….

Are you blooming or blindly groping in the mud?

No matter the answer, spirit knows your potential and we always have the choice to thrash wildly against the suffocation, digging an ever deeper pit, lean into the mud and explore the darkness or to wait with expectant senses ready to rise and blossom.

The choices don’t always seem so clear so for those of us thrashing about and feeling engulfed by darkness please extend your hands.

Sometimes it’s the hardest thing but the only way up, to bravely reach your fingers towards another, and trust there will be the soft brush of another’s hand there to meet your own.

We are not alone - we are one.

Be Here Now - wherever you are, whatever you seek and your body and soul will thank you.
