LIFT CORRECTLY

TAKE REGULAR BREAKS

MANAGE YOUR WEIGHT
Maintaining a healthy weight can reduce pressure on your spine.

GET ENOUGH CALCIUM & VITAMIN D

Spinal Blockages

Do you know what spinal blockages are?

Chiropractors, may call it dysfunction or lack of movement in the spine - subluxations. In the Spinal flow Technique we call this interference - Spinal Blockages.

When there is a spinal blockage it interferes with the communication from the brain and spinal cord to the rest of the body - muscles, tissues, cells, organs...

The cause of spinal blockages is stress, the 3 types of stress - physical, chemical and emotional stress.

When these stressors are not processed they get stored as blockages.

Spinal blockages can be the first stage of pain, symptoms, dis-ease or illness.

We assess our clients for these blockages and assist them release stressors so there is more ease in their bodies... enabling healing.
