Easter is not far away and to celebrate its our Easter Egg guessing comp. We’re giving away a jar of Cadbury eggs to a follower that guesses the correct OR closest number of eggs in the jar.

Exciting News!!! KT has launched a Teenager Reformer Pilates Program.

Running for the remainder of the school term, our program supports teenagers who need:
👉 Reformer Class coached by Osteopaths and Chiropractors who understand the developing body.
👉 A Safe & Secure Training Environment
👉 Privacy with NO adults in classes
👉 Reformer classes in between sports OR to support their current training
👉 Training if they’ve dropped a sport but are not ready for the gym environment
👉 Body Awareness, Posture & Strength Training
👉 Training for Return to Sport or Following an Injury/Surgery
👉 Training Independent of Weather Conditions
👉 Strength Training to Support the Heavy School Bags or Excessive Tech Time

Classes are currently Wednesday and Friday Afternoons at 4pm.

One of our members Peter (centre) heads off to Papua New Guinea on Monday to tackle the Kokoda track over Easter. He has put everything into Pilates to prepare.
