Join us Monday to Thursday evenings at Menai for 55 minutes of physio-led movement that supports both your spine and your schedule. Full timetable www.coregymball.com. And yes, there are 530pm through to 745pm sessions to suit busy, busy lifestyles!

Perfect Posture = Less Tension

✨ Did you know your head weighs roughly the same as a bowling ball?
If it’s poking forward while you sit or use your phone, those poor neck muscles are working overtime to hold it up.
This term at Core Gymball, we’re starting from the top, literally, with our Unwind the Spine focus. Week one’s warm-up includes posture resets, spinal mobility, and don't forget that all-important “golf ball on a tee” head position to ease neck tension.

🎯 This week try stacking your sternum over your p***c bone and imagine your head balancing lightly on your spine.

💛Our focus is “Unwind the Spine.” 💛

✨Our class plans will focus on easing tightness and improving mobility through the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and spine. We’ll of course continue our usual strengthening exercises, with the addition of targeted release work each session using massage balls and gentle stretches to help you move more freely and feel your best.
