What is facial therapy or a facial?

A facial therapy or a facial is a relaxing process that cleanses and nourishes your skin, taking into account your individual skin biology. Facials are a gentle and relaxing treatment that is perfect for the majority of skin types. During the treatment, your face and decollatage is double cleansed and exfoliated to remove all impurities. Then a gentle steam is commenced around the facial area. This allows the facial and masque products to beneficially hydrate and rejuvenate your skin. After gently removing the masque with warm moist towels, toner, moisturiser and eye cream is applied. Also during your facial a wonderful hand and arm massage is administered.

Facial massage utilises classic strokes like effleurage and gentle kneading to both relax and stimulate your skin and facial muscles.

Result: beautiful and glowing skin
