As the year comes to a close, I want to sincerely thank you for the incredible support you’ve shown me throughout the year, particularly during my injury and time off. It truly means more than I can say.

The studio will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period and will reopen on 6 January. This time will be spent resting, recharging and rebuilding the knees and body and getting ready for another year of caring for you all.

A big heartfelt thank you to all my friends, family and clients for your love, support and for checking in after my surgery. I’m so grateful. Everything went really well and I’m officially back in the studio this week.
