Rapping with our boy at LOVEFEST bellingen & the euphoria, hugs & celebration that came shortly afterwards was one of my highlights of the weekend.

Seeing him hugged & lifted up by community, collaborating with Sunny, Ryzmatic, Ben & Sam throughout the rehearsals & watching it lift off in our home was pure joy.

Lovefest Bellingen is happening this weekend in Bellingen shire ! Sunday morning I am guiding SELF LOVE YOGA at 7.30am for an hour of blissful body & heart connection. I offer this style so we can really tap into our body's innate healing mechanisms for nourishment & feel tuned in with what we need & can give ourselves throughout the festival experience.

I love the dragon dancing in the fire around me. It's hot, it's dangerous, it's transformational like our power.
I have been scared of this part of me, but it's there regardless.
So I might as well ride it as I learn how to harness.
