WEEKLY WRAP UP! 🌟

This week kicked my ass. Kundalini is busting through my third eye at the moment, and like the powerful purifying force of fire that it is, it’s bringing up aaaall the sh*t!

Ancestral and generational patterns rising to the surface. They are revealed in pages and pages of downloads and journalling, plus the insane psychic visions 👁️

But these patterns & programs are also exposed as full on negative entities too. There was a moment I was in over my head - literally. My head was pounding so bad I couldn’t think, couldn’t function. Massive thank you to my mentor for picking up your phone in my moment of need! 🙏🙏🙏

I did a 3 hour Reiki cleanse on my house today! It took 4 goes with breaks in between to cleanse it properly. Light language was going nuts. My house feels amazing now! 😍

Sharing these pics to remind myself of how strong I truly am☝️

I used to be able to handstand, but since injuring my wrist it’s been the slowest recovery known to mankind. But a huge win - I can now do a straight leg full plank! My goal is to get back to a full handstand by the end of this year 😎

Another win this week! I’ve battled the works with health (thanks kundalini 😤) but on Friday I had dinner with a friend and for the first time in forever I had both dessert AND a glass of wine! (Forgot to take pics tho! Sorry 😂)

That was another goal I had by Aug of this year. Ticked it off the list!

Feeling massively grateful to the people in my corner. Finishing the week feeling rested after yin, and ready to go anew.

As a Reiki healer, this principle holds a special place in my heart. 🤍

It's a gentle yet powerful reminder that peace resides within us, even when our ego tries to convince us otherwise.

Anxiety is rooted in fear, distracting us from the present moment.

It's in those moments of anxious thoughts that I encourage you to take a deep breath and remember this principle. 🙏🏽

Let go of what's beyond your control. Trust in the universe's timing.

Trust in yourself. 🫶🏼

I'm not going to lie...
taking radical responsibility is no joke! 😅

but the payoff is SO worth it!!

✅ First, be sure to save this to refer back to.

When you stop relying on other people to make you feel better, you reclaim your energy.

You begin to understand the root of your triggers rather than exploding onto others.

You feel empowered in your own mindset and emotional space, no longer drained by every conversation, mood shift, or external event.
You start to build deeper, healthier connections, because you’re not blaming or energetically dumping on others.

And my personal favourite, you stop waiting to be rescued, fixed or validated, and start becoming your own energetic anchor.

THIS is how you become someone who feels solid, calm, and powerful in your own skin. 🥹🫶🏼

💫Your energy is YOURS to own! ⤵️
Every time you handball responsibility for your mood, mindset, or energy to someone else, you’re giving your power away. You’re placing your emotional state in someone else’s hands. 😳

And when that becomes a habit, you start to live at the mercy of everyone and everything around you. Taking radical responsibility means completely owning your emotional and energetic state.

❌ It doesn’t mean shutting down your emotions, ignoring your triggers, or pretending everything is fine.

❌ And it isn't pretending to be all 'love and light' 🤭

It means noticing when you’re reactive, angry, blaming, or projecting, and instead, choosing to pause and ask yourself:

💟 Why is this triggering me?

💟 What am I feeling right now?

💟 Where am I giving my power away?

💟 How can I take ownership of this emotion and shift it?

This takes practice. It’s not always easy.

Your ego will fight it. But the payoff is HUGE! 🥰

Anyone else zonked this week?? 💤

All the retrogrades, kundalini, a big week of clients, period, and just plain exhaustion this week took over.

I honestly can’t believe how much I’ve slept but I’ve clearly needed it! Finished my Sunday with a beautiful beach walk and cosy yin yoga.

Sometime la you just gotta listen to your body allow yourself time to rest and recharge. Feel so much better for it! 💗

Can't believe it's been one week since these legends completed Reiki Level One 🥰

We'd a FULL HOUSE for two days of connection, laughter, energy shifts, and “oh wow” moments.

Every round reminds me just how powerful it is when healers gather with intention.

I used to spend SO much energy trying to block what I felt. 😵‍💫

Trying to stay “clear” and “protected”
…but it only made me feel more exhausted.

Reiki taught me another way.

Instead of resisting… I learned how to regulate.

✨ The moment I stopped fighting energy and started listening to it, everything softened. 🥰
