You’ve read the tips.
Tracked the apps.
Worked out your fertile window.
Swallowed the supplements.

And still… nothing.

If "just relax" hasn't worked, this webinar is for you.

On Wednesday 25 March, 6–7pm, Dr Erin Fuller is breaking down:
• why getting pregnant isn’t always as simple as “just relax” — and what could be standing in the way
• the tests you and your partner can take to know where things stand
• how to tell when it’s worth seeking out the experts (so you stop guessing)
• the newest fertility treatments you might not have heard of
• IVF explained without the medical jargon — what actually happens, step by step
• what the realistic next steps look like — Less guessing. Less googling. More clarity.

💛 What advice would you give to someone who just received a negative pregnancy test result?

Experiencing a negative result can be one of the hardest moments in an IVF journey. It’s completely normal to feel disappointed, frustrated, or overwhelmed.

Here are a few gentle reminders:

Take time for yourself: Pause, breathe, and let yourself feel.

Lean on your support network: Partner, friends, or family. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Ask questions: Our nurses and doctors can help explain results and plan next steps.

Be kind to yourself: IVF is a journey, not a single moment.

💬 We’d love to hear from our community: What advice would you give to someone going through this? Your words could be exactly what someone needs today.

We get asked this all the time: “Do the injections hurt?”

IVF injections are done at home… but it’s often easier than you think!

One of the medications commonly used contains follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), which helps stimulate the ovaries to produce follicles. It is given using a pen device—similar to an insulin pen. The dose is dialled on the side, and the injection is given just under the skin. Most patients are pleasantly surprised at how quick and manageable it is.

Not all IVF injections use a pen—there are different methods depending on your treatment plan—but this gives you an idea of what it can be like. And if you’d prefer not to give the injections yourself, we can teach your partner or support person to do them safely.

Tag someone who might need this reassurance, or drop your questions below—we’re here to help!

You may have heard a lot about the AMH test in the media recently. There’s been some confusion and debate around what it actually tells you.

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists has issued a statement to help ensure patients have the right understanding of the test including its uses and its limitations.

In this video, Dr Kate Burston from Genea Newcastle explains what the AMH test can (and can’t) tell you, and how it fits into your fertility journey.
