It’s the perfect time to post our TOP TIPS to help skin recover from a little too much indulgence over the Christmas break! 🤭

1. Hydration Hydration Hydration
- most simple but most important as we are all dealing with sun exposure, alcohol, salty/sweet food….this all leads to dehydrated, dull & sensitive skin. Drink plenty of water/electrolytes & use hydrating skin care with ingredients like hyaluronic acid to attract & lock in moisture!

2. Sun protection
- non negotiable 50+ everyday (even cloudy days) make sure to reapply & wear a wide brimmed hat!

3. Gentle double cleansing
- every night to remove all heavy makeup, sunscreen & impurities without stripping the skin….opt for gentle cream or oil based cleansers, especially if skin is feeling dry or irritated!

4. Simplify your routine
- give your beautiful skin a break over the holidays to recover from makeup & potential irritation by scaling back to a gentle cleanser, good moisturiser & wear sunscreen!
