ATTENTION NEW PARENTS 📢
We are running another FREE Tummy Time workshop next week.

April 2nd from 10.30am - 11.30am

If you're struggling with Tummy Time, want to learn more about your child's developmental needs or need an excuse to get out of the house and hang out with some other new parents... we have got you!! 🙌💛

The workshop is best for any little ones from 0-12 months

RSVP is essential - class sizes are kept small as this is a hands on workshop ✨️

A well-functioning nervous system is essential for how children grow, adapt, and process the world around them 🧠✨. From movement and coordination to emotional regulation and sleep patterns, the nervous system helps the body respond appropriately to daily experiences.

When stress or tension builds up, the nervous system may stay in a heightened "fight-or-flight" mode ⚡, making it harder for children to transition into a calm, regulated state 🌿. This may show up as difficulty settling, increased sensitivity to sounds or touch 🎧, trouble with focus 🎯, or disrupted sleep patterns 😴.

Supporting the nervous system in its ability to regulate and adapt is an important part of overall well-being.

Back home to Merimbula today after spending the past week in Adelaide with fellow chiropractor, mentor and friend Dr. Mike ✨️ Dr. Mike is also a neurologically focused chiropractor with a special interest in caring for kids and families! I've spent the week watching him care for his community and learning lots of new things along the way... and of course getting lots of incredible adjustments myself 🙌

I'll miss the team at .chiro ! But I'm feeling super refreshed and so ready to step back into practice tomorrow 🥰

Barry Bear the chiropractors author, is coming to our practice 😍
Dr. Dan (back right of the picture) is a long-time friend of Dr. Chloe, an amazing adjustor and all-around good guy!
He will be covering Chloe for Christmas week, with Chloe returning on the 2nd of Jan 🎄

We know that you will be in the best of hands and can't wait for you to meet Dr. Dan 🙌
