What a gift the rain yesterday was… and now this fresh, sparkling Monday morning 🌧️💛
Here’s what’s unfolding in our space this week…
Wednesday 5.30pm – Restorative (1.5hrs)
A deeply nourishing evening to calm the nervous system and let the body truly exhale. When we slow down and support the body with long, held postures, we gently signal safety to the nervous system. This shifts us out of “doing” and into “being,” allowing stress hormones to settle, the heart rate to soften, and the mind to become spacious and clear. Restorative is medicine for our busy lives… a chance to refill your cup and come home to yourself.
Friday 8am – Kriya Breath Class
Kriya is a powerful, intentional breath practice that clears stagnant energy and awakens vitality from within. Through rhythmic breathing we purify, energise and reset the system. It helps release stored tension, sharpen focus and elevate our state of awareness. We practice Kriya to move energy, strengthen the lungs and connect deeply to our inner power and clarity.
Saturday 10am–1pm – A Beautiful Morning Retreat
We begin with a grounding breath practice to soothe the nervous system and anchor fully into the present moment. From there, gorgeous Gabbie guides us into the colourful, playful world of journalling — think curiosity, creativity, splashes of colour, light-hearted reflection, expressive scribbles and soulful storytelling with a touch of humour.
We’ll close the morning immersed in a blissful sound healing journey… allowing the vibrations to wash over you, integrate the practice and leave you feeling balanced, open and renewed.
