What a gift the rain yesterday was… and now this fresh, sparkling Monday morning 🌧️💛

Here’s what’s unfolding in our space this week…

Wednesday 5.30pm – Restorative (1.5hrs)
A deeply nourishing evening to calm the nervous system and let the body truly exhale. When we slow down and support the body with long, held postures, we gently signal safety to the nervous system. This shifts us out of “doing” and into “being,” allowing stress hormones to settle, the heart rate to soften, and the mind to become spacious and clear. Restorative is medicine for our busy lives… a chance to refill your cup and come home to yourself.

Friday 8am – Kriya Breath Class
Kriya is a powerful, intentional breath practice that clears stagnant energy and awakens vitality from within. Through rhythmic breathing we purify, energise and reset the system. It helps release stored tension, sharpen focus and elevate our state of awareness. We practice Kriya to move energy, strengthen the lungs and connect deeply to our inner power and clarity.

Saturday 10am–1pm – A Beautiful Morning Retreat
We begin with a grounding breath practice to soothe the nervous system and anchor fully into the present moment. From there, gorgeous Gabbie guides us into the colourful, playful world of journalling — think curiosity, creativity, splashes of colour, light-hearted reflection, expressive scribbles and soulful storytelling with a touch of humour.
We’ll close the morning immersed in a blissful sound healing journey… allowing the vibrations to wash over you, integrate the practice and leave you feeling balanced, open and renewed.

MUNG Cleanse time!!!

It’s coming up to the time of year that we get ready for a AUTUMN MUNG cleanse.

Cleanse starts April 11, this is a perfect way to move into Autumn 🍂

In Ayurveda we undertake longer cleanses in Spring and Autumn.

A Autumn cleanse flushes out the accumulated toxins and heat in the system and balances the inner fire. It supports our liver and prepares us for the winter months ahead.

Cleansing keeps clear the channels and tissues of our mind, body and emotional life.

This cleanse is done as a group, there is daily group catch-ups so you are more supported and held through the cleansing process, a meet up via zoom before the cleanse so all questions can be answered, recipes sent, information on every step of the cleanse and much more.

🌿 Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra • Tomorrow Night 🌿

Restorative yoga is a practice of deep support—using the earth, props, and breath to gently guide the body out of holding and into healing. As the body softens, the nervous system settles, creating space for true restoration on every level.

In this evening practice, we’ll move through a series of breath practices and a series of fully supported restorative poses, allowing the breath to become slow and effortless.

From this place of deep ease, we’ll transition into a guided Yoga Nidra—a meditative rest that nourishes the subconscious and invites profound renewal.

This is a practice of listening rather than doing. Of being held rather than holding.

🌿 Overnight Nourish Bowl (Prebiotic + Probiotic)

A simple, grounding recipe that supports gut health, steady energy, and gentle digestion ✨

🥣 Ingredients
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1 tbsp buckwheat groats
• 1 tbsp steel-cut oats
• ½ cup organic coconut milk or coconut cream
• Splash of filtered water
• Seasonal fruit to serve:
• Paw paw (papaya)
• Blueberries
• Small amount of mango
• Zest of fresh ginger
• A few leaves of fresh mint, finely chopped
• Sprinkle of cinnamon
• 1 tbsp organic plain coconut yoghurt

🌙 Method
1. The night before, combine the chia seeds, buckwheat, and steel-cut oats in a jar or bowl.
2. Pour over the coconut milk or cream and add a little water—just enough to cover.
3. Stir well, cover, and soak overnight leave out on the bench.
4. In the morning, add a little more water and stir until you reach a creamy, yoghurt-like consistency.
5. Spoon into a bowl and pour over your seasonal fruit.
6. Finish with ginger zest, fresh mint, cinnamon, and a spoon of coconut yoghurt.
7. Eat slowly and enjoy 🌿

✨ Saturday, 24th of January — A Special Offering ✨

Beautiful Yoginis,

On Saturday the 24th of January, I’m super excited to be offering something a little special—a deeply nourishing breath and sound journey, followed by time at Saffir House, where we’ll gently move between the infrared sauna and the ice bath.

The Kriya breath journey and the resonate reset with Himalayan sound bowls work together to calm the nervous system, open awareness, and bring the body into a deeply receptive state. From this place of softness and presence, moving into contrast therapy can feel especially powerful and supportive.

The infrared sauna offers deep warmth that helps relax the muscles, improve circulation, and support gentle detoxification. The ice bath, in contrast, is wonderfully awakening—supporting circulation, reducing inflammation, and building resilience, both physically and mentally. Together, heat and cold help reset the nervous system, leaving you feeling grounded, clear, and revitalised.

If you’ve never ventured into an ice bath before, this is a beautiful opportunity to try it in a safe, supported space. I’ll be there to guide and support you, and even 10 or 20seconds is enough to receive the benefits.
