Take a pause for some deep rest and renewal. This session combines the power of Sound with the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra. Lisa's meditative Voice will lead you through a guided relaxation. From this place of deep stillness, you will then be immersed in a Sound Bath where the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums wash through the body.
