Let me introduce myself — not by title or profession, but by truth.
I came from a world that taught me to be small, silent, obedient.
I grew up in a system that defined worth by perfection, sacrifice, and how well you could hide your pain.
I lived for years carrying shame that was never mine, wounds inherited and unspoken, and a deep knowing that something more was waiting.
And then I remembered who I was.
Not all at once, but slowly — through motherhood, through leaving religion, through the ache of unlearning and the beauty of returning to myself.
I’ve walked through trauma, through disconnection, through awakening.
I’ve felt what it is to shatter — and to rebuild from the inside out.
Where I’m going now is clear:
✨ I’m here to walk with women through their pain and back to their power.
✨ I’m here to hold space that feels safe, sacred, and deeply human.
✨ I’m here to embody the divine feminine in all her softness, strength, and fire.
This is a home for healing. A place for truth.
A space where no part of you is too much or not enough.
If you’ve been seeking something real — welcome.
You’ve found it.
You’ve found me.
