In Australia, we are unable to call any oats gluten-free oats, unlike the rest of the world. 1 cup mashed banana (~2 medium)
1 cup GF Oats Traditional Oats
1/2 cup vegan vanilla protein
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp gingerbread spice
Optional 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds or Oaty Boost
