Lomi Lomi Massage
This is a traditional Hawaiian style massage that has been passed down through lineages throughout history. It uses long flowing strokes to calm the mind, relax the body, loosen muscles and work to balance the energy channels in the body. You will walk out feeling completely reset, nurtured, and relaxed. And your body will continue to detox and feel the benefits for days after. Essential Oils
Natures amazing gift to us, essential oils can improve our lives in so many different ways. Imagine having a proactive daily routine to feeling good and staying healthy and not needing to be as reactive. Did you know that the air in the average household is 2-3x more polluted than the air outside? We can eat healthy, exercise, drink good water, have good mindset practices but if we are constantly being exposed to toxins our body won't be able to thrive the way it's meant to. Bye bye toxic cleaners and body products, hello essential oils!

So, what is Lomi Lomi massage?

For a start, it is the most incredibly nurturing massage I have ever personally experienced.

When you think about going to get a massage you usually decide if you want something strong for getting into the muscles or something a bit softer for relaxing, right? At least, that was how I always made my decision when deciding where to go.

But what if you could get deep release and melt tension in the body and also have an incredibly relaxing experience?

This is Lomi Lomi for me.

And it's so much more.

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian style massage passed down through lineages that combines massage with energy healing.

Just as our muscles can get tight and our mind get super busy, we can also experience energy blockages.

It is all connected. Every single part.

If our mind is stressed we often get tight muscles.
If our body is aching we may feel sluggish.
If our energy is blocked we may experience mental blocks or even physical pain in the body.
And so on.

Lomi Lomi nurtures it all.

As you drop into a state of deep relaxation I will work into your muscles and energy and you will leave feeling so relaxed and like a new you.

When was the last time you slowed down and did something for you? We are so often taking care of others that we forget to take care of ourselves! I would love to help you give back to yourself because you deserve it and you are worthy!

This is a traditional Hawaiian style massage that is incredibly nourishing. It helps to release tension in the body but also to slow down the mind and clear energetic blockages. I do reiki throughout and use essential oils to relax the nervous system.

Retreats have always been on the books for me and I am looking forward to connecting with you all on a deeper level!

A common thing I hear people say alllll the time is...”I can’t do yoga because I can’t even touch my toes”

Well, guess what? Everyone can touch their toes! Some of us just have to bend our knees a bit more...

And that’s ok!

Yoga is a practice. We might do it together but it’s an individual practice. And it’s going to look different for each of us.

Some people need more flexibility, some people need more strength, and I’m pretty sure all of us need to work on quieting down the busy mind and allowing ourselves to feel and to be present.

So try to begin to listen. Try to quiet the mind down for at least a few minutes each day and listen to what the body is telling you and how it is feeling.

Notice what it needs.

Does it need rest? Does it need movement? Does it need stretching or strengthening?

Become aware of the body and become aware of the mind. For they are a reflection of each other.

When you become aware, you can begin to quiet it all down and you can just BE.

And this is yoga. On the mat and off the mat.

Yoga is for everybody and every BODY!
