🌟Why Holistic Counselling?
To treat a client holistically is to consider the whole person. To assist in balancing the mind, body, soul and emotion in the belief that when all of these aspects of a person are balanced, we are a happy and healthy individual.
I provide a safe space where you can speak freely without judgement. The main focus is your desired outcomes, where I can provide you with the tools to empower you to take control of your life and make the changes needed to achieve these outcomes.
You will take an active role in your own healing, I am here only as a guide. You will need to be willing to complete ‘homework’ and put an active effort into your own therapy. Holistic Counselling can involve talking, meditation, creating affirmations and mantras, journalling, shadow work, cutting cords, Reiki and oracle cards. It is not a one size fit all, and the sessions are tailored to you and your needs.
