12 Years of National Custom Compounding

This month, NCC celebrates 12 years in business — a milestone that gives me a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come.

What began as a 100m² pharmacy space has grown into a 300m² purpose-built facility, with a team of 35 skilled professionals across Australia, Fiji, and India. Along the way, we’ve built a network of over 900 affiliate pharmacies, developed a sterile compounding range, and formed a diverse leadership group that continues to guide NCC forward.

I’m proud of the journey — but even more grateful to the people who’ve made it possible. Our team, our partners, and the patients who trust us every day have been the heart of NCC since day one.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to the next chapter.
