🌿💪 Yesterday our residents enjoyed a morning of walking and exercise with Kym and Mark, combining movement, fresh air and fun.

Regular activity in aged care is about so much more than fitness. It helps maintain mobility, balance and strength, reduces the risk of falls, boosts energy, and supports heart and bone health. Just as importantly, it lifts mood, encourages social connection and brings joy to everyday life.

A little sweat and effort goes a long way, and our residents show every day that it is never too late to enjoy the benefits of an active lifestyle 🌞✨🚶‍♀️

✨ Craft time fun! Our residents got creative making their very own dreamcatchers with paper plates, colourful yarn, beads, and feathers. Such a beautiful way to spend a rainy afternoon.

Today we say a big thank you to the incredible team at HillView Care – the nurses, carers, kitchen crew, cleaners, lifestyle team, laundry, hair & beauty, exercise and physio crew, maintenance, admin and everyone in between – who care with heart, every single day.

To celebrate, we served up BUBBO dessert, pizza, and tunes – just a small way to show our appreciation for the huge difference you make to the lives of our residents and families.
