We are excited to introduce the newest Chiro at CCC! Dr Tejal Naidu begins on Monday 16th December, but she has already proven popular and is taking bookings from now.

“From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive when given the right support. This passion led me to pursue a career in chiropractic care, where I could blend science, hands-on techniques, and a personalised approach to help people feel and function at their best.

As a chiropractor, I value treating the root causes of discomfort, not just the symptoms. I believe that true health is about balance - aligning the body, mind, and lifestyle to promote long-term well-being. Whether that’s by helping someone recover from an injury, improve their posture, or optimising their daily functional performance, I find joy in empowering patients to take control of their health.

One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing the transformation in patients as they regain mobility and confidence and are able to improve their quality of life. I’m particularly interested in posture correction and wellness-focused chiropractic, which allows me to tailor care to individual needs and goals.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active, martial arts, travel and spending time with family. These activities fuel my passion for maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle, a philosophy I bring into my practice every day.
