We’ve moved our Saturday morning classes to Sundays for the time being - who knows it might be a keeper!

Rise yoga 8:00am
Mat pilates 9:30am
Restorative Plus 11:00am *1st Sunday of the month

Both classes will offer nourishment to your body, mind and spirit - I mean who doesn’t want and need that kind of Sunday. 💛
