This 4-week course can be taken as a whole ($80) where you will gain a deep understanding of how to recognize and manage your bodies signs of stress and overwhelm. When you hear Yoga practitioners say “Yoga changed my life.” We are not just being wankers.

Yoga changes our lives because it changes us.
It makes us more patient.
More reasonable.
Less reactive.
More present.
More accepting.

Somatic healing is what is behind all of this, we heal our bodies and, well the rest seems to follow.

This event is not about being able to do weird Yoga poses. We move freely. Do Breathwork and guided meditation and end it all with a sound bath.

A looooong weekend spent seeing so many dear friends who have filled my cup and my heart ♡♡♡

As an ‘extroverted introvert’ I am constantly juggling my energy needs. I need a lot of time on my own to feel sane, and able to Mum.

As I get older I truly, deeply appreciate and hold close those who I call friends, and I am extremely lucky to have THE BEST people to hold close ☆

Strength and Stillness through Yoga

HappyFit is a wholistic approach to living mindfully. We practice strength and stillness through Yoga, presence through breath and wholesome living through food. We offer life experience and tools to support your mental health and wellness.

Alicia’s passion is working with Women at all stages of life, particularly through pregnancy and Motherhood. With the correct preparation and mindset, no matter how your pregnancy and birth go, you can be in a place of acceptance and contentment.

“Our babies have their own little plan and our first job as mothers is to go with the flow.”

At HappyFit we run our Prenatal Yoga in blocks of 3 weeks to allow for the comings and going’s of Mama’s to be. Over the 3 weeks of classes we meet on Saturday/Thursday mornings to experience a Yoga class as well as covering techniques to assist in natural birthing. This is also a wonderful opportunity to be surrounded by like minded Women at a similar life stage. We also run Mama’s Yoga for when you have had your precious one and would like to get back into moving mindfully. These are run Wednesday’s 9:30-10:45am in Burleigh park.
