Ever feel like your focus has other plans, motivation shows up randomly, sleep is a bit chaotic & emotions sometimes go from 0–100 real quick? 😅💭 ⁠

We’re running a 6-session Saturday morning series that’s relaxed, supportive, and super practical, designed for adults, families, carers & anyone wanting to better understand ADHD in everyday life 🧠🌿⁠

🗓️ Fortnightly Saturday mornings, starting the 9th May⁠
⌚️ 9:45am arrival for a 10am start⁠
