Sweet Dreams Smoothie (for restful sleep)
This creamy oat protein smoothie is the perfect way to unwind before bed and help support digestion overnight!

Ingredients:
2-3 Heaped tbsp Raw Protein Gentle Digest Vanilla
1 large banana, chopped (frozen for extra thickness)
1/2 cup rolled oats (quick oats work too!)
1 cup unsweetened oat milk (or your favourite plant-based milk)
1 tbsp peanut butter (optional - for extra protein)
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional - for a touch of sweetness)

Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice for a thicker consistency (optional).
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
