A transformational reception concierge opportunity, with office manager roles, is coming up soon.
Someone who wants to transform. Instead of transact (really help people... versus clock-on / clock-off)
To assist with the new chiropractor coming on board in semester two.
We've got a modern practice with an on-site digital x-ray.
10 years of operations and wonderful clients.
We're ready to expand with someone who's looking to work hard and smart... and serve the Miami / Central Gold Coast area.
Situated 300 meters behind North Burleigh Beach, at Miami one Shopping Centre.
With All-Day undercover parking. A very busy Coles, an Aldi, and also many great restaurants.
⛱️ Training and development:
We have a benchmark of how to look after clients exceptionally well. So we have online training programs and in-person training available.
Education exists on being able to deal with the human-to-human component, as well as any necessary office management.
We have established epic professional relationships and communication amongst our members.
A ChiroTouch CRM program.
Updated systems and procedures and manuals.
As well as IT and facility management help.
We have the support... so you can focus on how to help transform lives...
🏖️ Job requirements:
Being able to work as a team with the Doctor, and Geoff Beaty, who does our bodywork and naturopathy.
Ability also to work solo out the front, while the new Doc is busy doing their tasks with clients.
A sincere desire to help people... and thus improve the lives in our Miami area... Through assistance with offering natural Chiropractic care.
Willingness to develop communication on how to do this, enabling each client to get the maximum out of every adjustment. (See below for responsibilities)
Coachable and actively wanting to learn and consistently improve.
You are goal oriented and highly accountable.
⛱️ Competitive salary and compensation:
We offer either a part time opportunity... or a salary of full-time work across 3 days. Plus bonuses. (bonuses for achieving certain goals and KPI's, with the new chiropractor.)
$30.50/hour start rate, plus bonuses.
🏖️ Responsibilities:
Help lead patients through their initial care, then into any Wellness/ Maintenance Care. Which will include going over corrective homework, traction, workshops, spinal core strengthening exercises, and any supplements or auxiliary equipment like corrective pillows.
To keep developing outstanding people skills.
To participate in daily team meetings to help prepare for each shift, allowing us to go above and beyond for all our members.
Meeting and greeting new clients.
Comfortable with infants, while mum gets adjusted.
Comfortable with pets. As many dogs accompany our clients.
We'll help you promote the practice through newsletters and building our brand online.
Develop an understanding about Chiropractic, an interest in natural health, and an eye for attention-to-detail. Ideally you've had chiropractic care in the past, having had a good experience with getting chiropractically aligned and being well adjusted.
To be able to have FUN, in a professional setting.
