Henry’s feeling jolly, gearing up for his ho-ho-holiday era… that Pom-Pom is really bringing out his… ahhh, eye sockets… for now though, he’s still spying on your posture from across the waiting room, checking his naughty-spine list… twice.

Whether you’re travelling, celebrating with loved ones, or enjoying a well-deserved proper rest or working through, don’t forget to give your spine a little love, too throughout the silly season.

SCHOOLS BACK for a final term for 2025.
