I am teaching a new yin yogaclass tonight at South Pacific Health Club Hawthorn Mondays @ 7pm. Yin yoga is a natural remedy for anxiety and physical stresses. Where the aim of each pose is to stay for 3 to 4 minutes with passive muscles this practice has many benefits as it targets the fascia tissue and calms the mind. Coupled with regular strengthening exercise that increases heart rate yin will certainly reduce or remove chronic problems. Please message me for more details or just come along on Monday at 7pm
