Heart of Yoga Week is coming up on Monday 16th (next week) until Sunday 22nd…

There are many reasons for our annual celebrations at this time of year. We honour TKV Desikachar on his birthday, the winter solstice, and International Yoga Day as well!

So we’re thrilled to bring together a full week of classes to dive deep into the yogic teachings, for all levels of interest and experience.

This years’ Heart of Yoga Week theme will centre around the 8 limbs of Yoga, as taught by Sri Desikachar.

Classes during this week will focus around self-inquiry or svādhyāya, and explore patterns in our ways of thinking, how we relate to the outside world as well as various aspects of ourselves.

Each class builds on the previous, inviting a greater sense of clarity as we progress through the week.

Cost:
$105 series of 5 daily classes (5 class pass)
$300 post grad studies (2 days)
$400 Heart of Yoga pass
• 5-day intensive
• Post grad workshop
• Unlimited class access for any class at Agama 16-22 June

AYC May eNews is out!
Settling into autumn, where prānāyāma has been a fresh focus for us in our classes; we now begin to move deeper into self-study, ‘svādhyāya’. We continue to work with our breath to refine and clear our minds, creating space for any change or transformation that we need to make to live happy and healthy lives... Plenty of ideas for self-study – gathering insights from the ancients to use in today's settings.

As we start to notice the next phase of the seasons, participating in a consolidated practice series is a great way to approach the new, in all its forms. This series will be held as it has been every year over the decades, with two classes per day in the morning over the Easter break, with normal timetable resuming on the Tuesday. Yesterday we posted an article on our website in the News section that goes deeper into Pranayama as we know it. Head to our LinkInBio or visit this link:
