A fabulous, cup-filling day for all the family in Middlemount all thanks to Anglo American 🙌

We started the day bright and early, celebrating International Women’s Day and the contribution of strong and inspiring women both within Anglo and the local community.

We then ended the day with a fantastic family afternoon with The Dolphins. The kids (including the ‘big’ kids!) have had the most wonderful day and will no doubt will be running drills and kicking goals in their dreams tonight.

It is a great little town we live in ❤️

Welcome to 2024!

I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years! 2024 is already shaping up to be an interesting year so please keep an eye on the FB page for clinic updates.

Due to childcare availability, my clinic hours will be changing as Tait & Wyatt aren’t sure they want to be Allied Health Assistants before and after school just yet! 😉 As always, I will try my hardest to accommodate everybody when able and within reason so please bear with me during this time.

The clinic is now closed and will reopen on Tuesday the 23rd of January once school has returned. I will have email access intermittently during this time so for urgent matters/enquiries you can email admin@ruralandregionalphysio.com.au and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

I would like to sincerely apologise for the disruption to Physiotherapy services this week. Our bubs were hit with some nasty bugs and the clinic doors had to close so that I could be home with them ❤️🤒

Please know that when a small business has to unexpectedly close, it not only negatively impacts the clients but also has a big flow on effect for the business in the days/weeks to come - so it is not a decision we make lightly 🙏 Thank you very much for your patience and understanding and I will hopefully be back to business as usual from Monday.

R&R Physio is taking a short break for the start of the school holidays while the munchkins are home.

The clinic will be closed from Monday the 18th of September to Monday the 25th, reopening on Tuesday the 26th. Back to normal days and hours the following week.

I will be unavailable for face to face consults during this time however for urgent matters, Telehealth consultations are available ☺️. Please text the clinic number or message the FB page and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

TEGAN - THANK YOU & FAREWELL… for now! 😉

I would like to thank Teegy (the kids renamed her early in the piece) for everything that she has done for myself, my family and R&R Physio by taking the treating reins for the past two years and allowing Will and I the time to welcome our beautiful babies into the world.

She has worked tirelessly to support the injury and rehabilitation needs of Middlemount and has helped countless patients to feel, move and be better. I assure you that is no small or easy feat and we are so lucky to have such a passionate and skilled clinician in our midst’s.

Tomorrow is Tegan’s last day in the town clinic so be sure to wish her and Blair all the best for their next chapter while they await the arrival of their very own bundle of joy. Hopefully one day we will see her smiling friendly face (or not-so-friendly if you didn’t quite do your exercises/what you were advised 😏) back in the clinic - but for now she has the most important job in the world coming right up ❤️

Moving forward in 2023:

The town clinic will be closed for face to face consultations for 2 weeks over the school holidays. Closed from Friday the 23rd of June, reopening on Monday the 10th of July. I will still be available via phone and messenger during this time.

Upon reopening, I will be returning to the clinic and available for face to face consultations Monday to Thursday (pending childcare) and available for Telehealth consultations Fridays.

Closing Fridays has been a difficult decision to make as I know some patients prefer them, but my 8 month old and 2 year old need time home with Mum more at this point in time. Occasionally, consultations may be available however this will be on a case by case basis.

As always, please don’t hesitate to call or message with any inquiries and as always, I will try my hardest to accomodate everybody as much as humanly possible.

Thank you again Tegan. I would have been/will be absolutely lost without you!

Unfortunately this Cold and Flu season has not been kind to us at R&R Physio (or for our little cherubs at home) with our clinic being hit particularly hard this past fortnight 🤒🌡

I would like to sincerely apologise to all of our loyal and valued patients and clients for the disruption to services during this time.

We will be back on the ground from Monday the 22nd of August and I will be in contact with all patients who have had to be rescheduled in the coming days.
