As well as our brunch events we will also be running weekly wellness classes, starting with “Mindful Movement Meditation” on Wednesday 8th August 19:30-21:00 and every week thereafter

The idea behind C9WH is to provide a space where the local community can come and find some peace and tranquility either before/after work, after the school run, on a lunch break, on a day off/weekend, or at a time that suits.
