Muffins were baked, succulents were planted, sausage rolls were rolled and hearts were very full by the end of one of our Mother’s Day tea times! 💐☕

What a beautiful afternoon it was celebrating with some of our wonderful families. Gathering around a table with good food, warm cuppas and even warmer company was very special.

In the lead-up to the day, everyone had been busy creating little touches to make it extra meaningful. From painting plant pots and making Mother’s Day cards, to carefully planning a menu packed with homemade favourites 💕

The kitchen was working overtime with apple, carrot & walnut muffins, homemade sausage rolls, delicious dips and fresh rosemary picked straight from the garden filling the house with the most amazing smells 🌿

Having everyone together was a very magical moment.
"The joy in the room was just lovely. Everyone was so happy, thanks so much for making it a special day. The food was yum, there are great cooks at [the house] - no wonder Ryan tells me he is always happy with the food." - Janette, Ryan's mum.

Disco, dress ups and dancing queens. What's better than that? 🪩

Our SIL participants glammed up with sequins and sparkles and enjoyed glasses of pink lemonade at their disco under the stars 💕

The courtyard was filled with music, and everyone found their way to the dancefloor to sing their favourites from the 70s and 80s.

They shared delicious pulled pork wraps for dinner, and chocolate cupcakes because no party is complete without some dessert 🍰

Why all the fuss? We say - why NOT??? Our Support Workers know what makes their crew smile, and housemates know exactly what they want to ask for to create lasting memories. It's a beautiful collaboration fuelled by FUN!

Caroline and Michelle layered up to explore Whistlers Chocolate Co Swan Valley to pick up a sweet gift for her mum and her sister.

With a huge selection of gifts and treats, Michelle took her time to thoughtfully select things she knew they'd love. These little acts of independence make big moments feel even more special.

Because it’s never just about painting; it’s about confidence, connection, and expressing yourself in a space where you feel supported every step of the way 💕

Calling all everyday superheroes 🦸💜

We’re taking part in HBF Run for a Reason again this year and we’re very excited to take on the 3km walk together.

Our participants, staff, and families will be wearing superhero capes to celebrate the incredible strengths, personalities, and powers within our Crosslinks community.

It’s a day filled with fun, inclusivity, laughter, connection, and those beautiful little moments that remind us what community is all about.
