Tadasana Yoga by Jules Zimmerman

Tadasana Yoga by Jules Zimmerman Hatha and Vinyasa yoga based in the Sorell Township serving surrounding areas. After 14 years of practicing yoga, I became a certified teacher in 2021.

In my career, I trained in Project Management and Change Management for over 15 years and now I'm swapping those for the other practice I love. In my classes we will focus on moving with the breath and practicing mindfulness. If you can move your body into a pretzel - good for you! If not, you will still get the full benefit of practice. The morning classes will wake you up and stimulate your mind and body. The afternoon and evening classes will take away your stress and prepare you for relaxation. Lunch time classes will be a welcome break from the work grind. Yoga is for everyone. I want you to leave class feeling challenged or relaxed (up to you!), but always supported and safe.
